SEMINAR Dialogue between cultures in everyday life

Africa e Mediterraneo presents a seminar to reflect about possibility of intercultural dialogue in everyday life, especially through education activities and working, housing and cultural integration of migrants.
We begin with a series of issue and critical points: What and why do we define an “intercultural” action? What are the most effective methodology? How can we obtain involvement? How can we value an intercultural project?
It will tries to answer to this issue comparing interpretation and practise relating to sectors of education and “quality of life”: general points of view on matters and phenomenons will alternate to pragmatic experiences.
Workshop belongs to Interculture map research, which wants observe European intercultural outlook through a series of paths and maps. Research analyse different sectors in which can take place an intercultural practise: media, arts, education, research, qualità of life. Next workshop will be in Huelva (14th June 2006), Prague (30th October 2006), Brussels (1st December 2006).
