The Project “Escuela intercultural” (Intercultural School) has been run by the Public School “Las Lomas” in Almería since 1998. This project develops activities to meet the needs of the increasing number of immigrant students in this school from an intercultural perspective (the intercultural week, the Temporal classroom of Linguistic Adaptation, etc). This project is based on an intercultural vision of respect, tolerance and mutual enrichment.
